GEA Recruitments Assistant Manager Sales Support Offer Management Job in Vadodara, Gujarat

Technical tendering, interpreting technical design inputs from technology centres, sizing of equipment & piping, technical detailing including P&ID, layout, instrumentation & automation, customer alignment, cost estimation, hazop study of food/dairy/chemical packages/projects in drying, evaporation, vacuum system technology.

Responsibilities:-

Evaluation of Tender/ enquiry from customer & understanding the technical requirements & preparation for the pre-bid points / clarifications
Understanding & application of various technologies, unit operations, processes related to drying, evaporation, crystallizing, vacuum system & interactions with technology centers
Conceptualization, Preparation, review of PFDs, P&IDs
Selection and sourcing of various process equipment based on customization, 5. Calculation of Utility requirements such as steam, CHW, CW, Process waters & CIP chemicals etc.
Knowledge on latest codes & standards, quality assurance plan
Preparation of the Technical offer & deviations, KPIs
Preparing BOM & project costing in alignment with the technical offer & working out optimum cost
Coordination with other engineering functions like Automation , Electricals , Instrumentation & component engg
Participation in customer/consultant meetings as & when required & supporting sales function
Vendor development

Qualification And Experience:-

B Tech Chemical Engineering / M Tech Chemical Engineering
5- 8 years in process engineering, preparation of techno-commercial offer and cost estimatte
