Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:-

Order Execution: Taking full responsibility/accountability of sales & customer support to existing booked orders.
Market Access : Assess the Market situation. Also have an In-depth knowledge of transmission projects & lines Africa. Able to lead the benchmarking of Conductor and OPGW Market, market share and competitor analysis.
Target Orientation:Focus on value add product, HPC, special designs OPGW)
Commercial Knowledge: Techno-Commercial interactions with EPC Contractors / Transmission utilities. Proactive engagement @ pre-RFQ stage.
Relationship Management: Maintains relation with utilities, EPC’s, agents & traders to improve the brand positioning of Sterlite. Manages sales agents/channel partners; negotiate with customers to win orders & to manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
Collaborate with Finance/ Logistics for managing shipment and export documentation on time.
Customer Focus: Effective engagement with the customers, handle feedback information to customers on quality improvements on products and changes, as and when necessary.

Qualification And Experience:-

Conductor and OPGW offer preparation and submission to customers in time.
Follow up with customer for the offers submitted.
Maintaining, MIS, CRM, Enquiry Bank, Order input and Order lost data.
PCR & CR punching in CRM & securing approval from internal stakeholders, sending order acknowledgments to customers.
High on customer focus adding new accounts/customer retention & driving profitable growth while delivering a broad and deep relationship with our key accounts overseas, ensuring a longer-term strategic relationship is maintained.
Good Acumen and knowledge of the power industry.
Focus and deliver post-sales activities including contract execution, timely payment collection etc.
Preparing PowerPoint Presentations/should be well versed working in MS Excel
