Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans for utility-scale solar and wind farm projects.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections during project execution to ensure compliance with AGEL’s quality standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Utilize advanced quality management tools and techniques to analyze project data and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure the integration of the latest renewable energy technologies and best practices into quality assurance processes.
- Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on quality standards and procedures.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to the Project Head and other stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of quality-related KPIs to measure and improve project performance.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the project teams.
Qualifications and Experience:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering).
- 6 to 8 years of experience in quality assurance and management, specifically in renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of implementing quality assurance frameworks in utility-scale solar and wind projects.
