Assistant Manager Procurement/Material Planner

• Overall responsibility of material planning and procurement for ICO Logistic value stream and Ensuring all defined KPI result.
• Reporting to Internal cross function team and GAP Analysis on Backlog reduction for ICO  parts
• Overall responsibility for local Indian vendors for all procurement activities
• Process mapping of complete supply chain, identify scope for digitization/IT integration, propose business case and feasible solutions for implementation
• Cross functional improvement projects. Process improvements and new processes along with CFT’s
• Responsible for Logistics FMEA and defined quality management system as per Central Quality Directory.  Review of Claims and Reporting to Management – Risk mitigation
• Responsible for defining  Logistics Quality Management System for Source, Deliver loop & interplant in line with Central Quality Directory: Record Logistics deviation caused by supplier and Logistics Service Providers

Qualifications:-

• B.E .MECH Engineering

Experience & Other Skills:-

• 8-10 years of relevant experience In Engineering
• Product knowledge
• Procurement and Planning function know how
• Good Communication and presentation skill
• SAP MM/PP module
• MS office working knowledge.
