AESL Commissions 2500 MW Green Evacuation System in Tamil Nadu
- Planning, executing, monitoring, and taking remedial actions to bridge ate the gaps
- Developing processes and procedures for wind/ solar operations from start to finish operations
- Installation of lines, sub stations, control systems and provide necessary assistance as required for commissioning
- Coordinate training of employees in operations, maintaining equipment, safety, environmental issues and use of PPE
- Maintain records for wind operation installations, such as site performance, downtime events, and equipment/parts usage to substation events
- Developing standards, process improvement and quality management
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Training staff and review requirements for quality to improve operational effectiveness
- Provide technical support to wind field customers and subcontractors as necessitated
- Undertake warranty, repair, replacement or provide service asper the contract
- Presenting necessary documentation and other deliverables to the customers
- Investigate accidents and near miss cases for taking corrective actions
- Enforcing safety requirements to achieve zero accident rate
- Providing job description for all staff in line with company strategic plan to achieve organization goals
Educational Qualification:-
- Diploma/BE/B. Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical)
Experience:-
- 6 - 8 Years (Must have experience in Wind turbine's O&M)

- Gujarat, India.
