Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for improving lamination quality of the modules by meeting the lamination product /process CTQ’s.
- Stringer & laminator Recipe settings & troubleshooting.
- Documentation for new processes, WI, SOP, Process parameters
- Preparation of Pre lam EL data and rework monitoring and take corrective and preventative action for controlling Pre El rework.
- Coordinate with quality team for PSI activities.
- Zero Injury and waste reduction.
- Conducting Engineering trials for process troubleshooting of encapsulants (EVA& backsheets), Solar Cells, Silicones
- Evaluation of alternate BOM/vendor development for cost reduction, efficiency improvements
- Preparation of Process MIS/data related to lamination , Soldering Peels strengths.
- EL machine parameter control and settings
- Sealant curing time test & shore hardness report preparation.
- Validation of expiry dated & defective materials.
- Robustness of terminations / JB pull test
- Thermal profiling of laminators and Stringers.
- Participate in Yield/Process Improvement Six Sigma Projects
- Maintaining Safety & 5S in the Process Lab
- Root Cause Analysis of key performance issues related to product , process and identifying /implementing corrective actions
- Managing Departmental Documentation as per the IMS requirement
- Good understanding for PV Module Technology as per the industry roadmap
- Data Analysis Skills ( SPC, Six Sigma tools)
Qualifications and Experience:-
- Age Group: 23-30 Years
- Total Experience: 2-7 years
- Essential Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical)
- Desired Qualification: B.Tech
