Assistant Manager – Maintenance (Solar Manufacturing)

• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of plant equipment, utilities, and solar manufacturing machinery.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation issues in production lines.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and project teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
• Manage maintenance documentation, compliance, and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans.
• Supervise and guide the maintenance team for equipment upkeep.
• Minimize machine breakdowns and optimize uptime of manufacturing lines.
• Ensure spare parts inventory management and timely availability of critical spares.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and review maintenance reports, downtime analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Support new equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce maintenance costs and improve reliability.

Qualification and Experience:-

• BE Electrical & Instrumentation
• Min  5+ years experience

Key Skills:-

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
• Good understanding of PLC, SCADA, and instrumentation.
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Team leadership and people management.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
