Assistant Manager - Maintenance

• Handling the entire shift operation (Maintenance – Electrical + Mechanical)
• Adherence to the maintenance schedule and maintaining the Uptime of equipment. (Planning the Daily Maintenance Activity, PM planning, etc. )
• Man, Machine & Material Handling.
• Ensure inventory as per norms.
• PLC Programming and Troubleshooting of Automated Machines, Troubleshooting of AC/DC drives, Sound Knowledge of Siemens Automation Products like PC s7 -300 , 1200, HMI , G120 ACVFD , 6RA70/80 DC drives , Maintenance of AC/DC motors.
• Automation – Knowledge of AC/DC drives and PLC Siemens , Schneider , Omron make.
• Electrical Systems -  33KV HT distribution , O & M of HT/LT switch gears , Transformers , DG sets , Knowledge of MV/EHV testing for Cables.

Qualifications:-

• B.E/B.Tech (Electrical /Electronics).
• Knowledge in PLC, SCADA & AC/DC.

Experience:-

• Min  4-5 Years.
