Job Description

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  • Identify the training needs of the agents.
  • Auditing and monitoring of calls, analysing them on specific parameters, feedback.
  • Provide training on Grammar, Soft Skills & Empathy: to turn around the quality level of the fundraiser.

Qualifications And Experience:-

  • Any Postgraduate
  • Min 5 to 7 year(s) of Experience.
