Control of Documents.
Audits in HRL.
Shop-floor discipline & grievance handling.

Qualifications:-

MBA-HR or MSW with 6-10 years relevant experience in HR.

Additional Recruitments:-

Good knowledge on Labour Laws & Compliance.
