Sterlite Power Recruitments Assistant Manager - Design & Engineering Job in Gurgaon, Haryana

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:-

Performing Transmission line design with PLS-CADD and PLS-Tower.
Structural analysis and design of lattice tower and loading trees, plan & profile drawings, wire sag and tension analysis, developing design criteria for transmission line design and create bill of materials, engineering estimate, and quality control reviews.
Familiarity with design codes and standards such as BIS, ASCE, and IEEE is preferred.
Prepare DBR for lattice tower structures for high voltage lines from 66kV to 765kV.
Explore technology trends for transmission line design optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification And Experience:-

Bachelor of Technology in Civil / Mechanical
4-6 years of experience in working with PLS-CADD & PLS Towers and design engineering of power transmission lines
Experience in Auto-CADD and STADD-Pro etc
Experience in cost estimation of power transmission projects
Proficiency in IT tools/ software
