Assistant / Deputy Manager- Projects and Engineering

Responsibilities:-

• Implementation of ROS standards ( DMR, WMR & shop floor management, OEE, Mix levelling production control) across the organizations, KPI Monitoring & tracking, Standardization,
• Lean Manufacturing (VSM, Production Levelling, TPM, SMED), Project Management, Hands on in manufacturing process like fabrication, machining, assembly & packing

Qualification And Experience:-

• B.E Mechanical with 10 to 15 years experience in manufacturing industry
• Good Communication skills
• Leadership and Analytical skill
• Ownership, Accountability, Self starter and Interpersonal skills
