AGM- WS & Store- Instrumentation

• Instrumentation System Design: Develop and implement instrumentation system design plans for workshop and store operations.
• Calibration and Testing: Oversee the calibration and testing of instrumentation equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all instrumentation devices to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to instrumentation systems, including signal interference and sensor malfunctions.
• Data Acquisition Systems: Manage data acquisition systems (DAS) for real-time monitoring and control of workshop processes.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all instrumentation activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of instrumentation spare parts and supplies, ensuring availability for maintenance and repairs.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of instrumentation maintenance activities, including calibration reports and inspection logs.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for the procurement, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation equipment.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of instrumentation technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
