Responsibilities:-
- Instrumentation System Design: Develop and implement instrumentation system design plans for workshop and store operations.
- Calibration and Testing: Oversee the calibration and testing of instrumentation equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all instrumentation devices to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to instrumentation systems, including signal interference and sensor malfunctions.
- Data Acquisition Systems: Manage data acquisition systems (DAS) for real-time monitoring and control of workshop processes.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all instrumentation activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of instrumentation spare parts and supplies, ensuring availability for maintenance and repairs.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of instrumentation maintenance activities, including calibration reports and inspection logs.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for the procurement, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation equipment.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of instrumentation technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications:-
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: 18+ years of experience in instrumentation and control systems within the petrochemical industry
