AGM / DGM / GM – Solar Panel Sales

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Professionals as our AGM / DGM / GM Sales for Lucknow, Jaipur, Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab Regions to lead solar panel sales in the respective territories. The Key responsibilities will be developing and implementing the overall business strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the profitability. You will be leading the sales in order to achieve the company’s sales objectives and expand our market share.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Lead Generation & Conversion of Sales Opportunities for Solar PV Modules/Solar Panels
• Identifying, Converting and maintaining relationship with potential customer for Sales of PV Modules (Project developers, EPC/System Integrators, OEM, Channel Partners, Distribution Partners etc.)
• Client acquisition, retention, enhancement will be a part of the KRA.
• Gather market intelligence in terms of competitor pricing & strategy
• Help management strategize the marketing plans & Sales forecast for maximum profitability based on the prevailing market scenario & gathered market intelligence.
• Achieving the Sales quarterly & annually as per the forecast shared with management.
• Proper tracking of sales pipeline, awarded tenders, upcoming project etc. for new acquisitions & sales opportunities.
• Maintaining proper database of companies empaneled with Nodal agencies, actively working in Solar Rooftop Project installations.
• Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing Advertising services to increase the market share of promising designs.
• Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Required sales manager having 4-5 years experience strictly in in sales and marketing of Solar Panels.
• Experience in Sales- Good Communication & Presentable Good Leadership – Proven sales experience in CRM software.
• Should be a consistent High performer & Should be able to deliver under pressure.
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills, both in English & Hindi.
• Should have an ability to engage the customers and partner to ramp up business support at the same time being able to deliver value.
• Should have experience in Solar Panel Sales for areas of the region under consideration.
• Good understanding of customer profile, markets and products and good networking skills.
