Advanced Development Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled product design engineer with knowledge of interdisciplinary engineering fundamentals, who can define and design system level approaches to solve fundamental consumer problems. The candidate has to have highest level of ingenuity and creativity who can work on multiple parallel approaches while solving problems and arrive at the simplest, manufacturable and cost effective solution.

Major Areas of Responsibilities:-

• Work closely with consumer research (external as well as internal) & Product teams to develop concepts to solve problems at hand.
• Collaborate with industry, institutes and open innovation platforms to bring variety of viewpoints and solutions on board.
• Develop solutions on systems, architecture wise which can be considered for exploring while establishing the solutions basis design calculations.
• Develop rapid prototypes at system level, evaluate and establish the design intent.
• Effectively communicate your designs in CAD, Keynote, and in front of a group.
• Propose design solutions with the advantages and challenges and mitigation plan for challenges.
• Collaborate with marketing function to arrive at value proposition basis the concepts designed.
• Simulate and optimise designs.
• Undertake technology roadmap exercises to arrive at future of technologies in business landscape.

Qualification:-

•  BE/M Tech/MS  Mechanical

Experience:-

• Min 4 – 8 Years

• Creo Software (hands on). SolidWorks.
• DFMEA, PFMEA, KAPA etc and NPD processes.
• AUTOCAD (hands on)

• Manufacturing processes.
• Material Sciences and coating technologies.
• Fundamentals of engineering.
• Electronics, electromagnetic, electrical system fundamentals.
• Software coding (POC level)
