Accounts Receivable Associate Analyst (Billing) Job in Chandigarh, India Jobs in Oceaneering International Services Limited

The Accounts Receivable Associate Analyst will report to Accounts Receivable Supervisor and support his direct reports. This position will provide support the QTC team in creating, processing, and reporting accurate customer invoices in a timely manner, and identifying further opportunities to improve overall efficiency and maximizing cash flow.

Responsibilities:-

Perform day-to-day admin task of QTC team
Arrange/scan invoice documents and link them to Peoplesoft
Check and verify invoicing documents and back-ups are in accordance with the company guidelines
Support the billing team in admin related task of invoice preparation process.
Update productivity trackers or any other trackers as required.
Support the Collections team in updating comments/notes in trackers/portals etc. as and when required.
Provide admin support to the Cash Application team for data entry, coding etc. into Peoplesoft
Arrange for backups to prepare reconciliation schedules
Arrange to link journals to Peoplesoft
Future functions may involve other responsibilities of the QTC group.

Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.
Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment

Supervisory Responsibilities:-

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:-

Required:-

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
Freshers or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience can be considered for this position
Good oral and written communication skills.

Desired:-

Proficiency in MS suite inc. Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
