Job Description

  • Assume client management responsibility and address all problems/issues/risks on the client account.
  • Set priorities and manage a team of employees in executing projects.
  • Provide technical inputs, analyse & conceptualize solutions, prepare reports & presentations.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and take charge of client meetings.
  • Identify and keep seniors appraised of opportunities to market services and generate visibility by participating in seminars, etc.
  • Generate ideas for transactions in terms of best practices, new techniques for executing jobs, and be aware of key issues in negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relations.
  • Be a coach and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage employees’ grievances on work-related issues and support on recruitment and performance review of AE’s.
  • Responsible for functional training on the job and employee retention.
  • Keep abreast of new developments in the marketing and public relations space
  • Build a good network with peers and professionals in the field.
  • Contribute to project team discussions.
  • Follow up for collections.
  • Supervise the work of the team in the execution of assignments to meet timely schedules and quality standards.
